A Board of Director seat has recently become vacant.(Please see Kincaid resignation letter below)

Any owner may submit their name, lot number and address along with a short bio. The bio should include how long you have lived in and/or owned property in Mountain Lakes. Please share with the Board why you want to serve and any other pertinent professional information you wish to share.

No more than 1 page per person.

The deadline date and time to submit your information, including the submission of a short Bio to be part of the MLR Board of Directors is Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 5:00pm.

David Kincaid has submitted his resignation to the board.

David and his wife Nicole are actively involved as volunteers supporting social service initiatives in Erath County. Between caring for their new baby and devoting time to their advocacies, David simply does not have the available time to sufficiently support board responsibilities.

David wants to communicate, "He is proud of the current MLR board and is excited about the renewed commitment to transparency for all of our neighbors. MLR is a great place to live and we are fortunate to have amazing neighbors."
