Call for Candidates – Board of Directors Vacancy

The Mountain Lakes Ranch Property Owners Association announces a vacancy on the Board of Directors due to the resignation of Louanne Eldemire.

In accordance with the Association’s By-Laws, the Board of Directors has the authority to appoint a qualified property owner of the Mountain Lakes Subdivision to fill the unexpired term of this position.

The Board is seeking interested property owners who are willing to serve our community by volunteering their time and expertise.

Eligibility

• Must be a property owner in Mountain Lakes Ranch Subdivision.
• Must be in good standing with the Association (dues current and no outstanding covenant violations).

Interested property owners should submit the following information:

4. Brief Bio / Background: (Items 4 & 5 can be combined on no more than one(1) separate sheet of paper)
5. Statement of Interest (Why you would like to serve on the Board):

Submissions should be emailed to abaker.bmc@gmail.com or mailed/delivered to: Mountain Lakes Ranch, PO Box 189, Bluff Dale, TX 76433 / or put into the drop box located at 842 Church Street in Bluff Dale, TXM

Deadline for Submissions
All candidate submissions must be received by October 20, 2025 @ 5 p.m.

Next Steps
The Board of Directors will review all candidate submissions and appoint one qualified property owner to serve for the remainder of the vacant term, in accordance with the POA By-Laws.
