Storage Area Letter

We have completed the upgrade of our Gate Access system, and our gates are now connected by fiber optic cable to the internet and no longer rely on unreliable cell signals to work. In connection with this implementation, we are using new software and a much better company to support the whole system.
In an effort to protect those property owners with items stored in the RV Covered Storage, the 10X10 Storage Buildings and the RV Open Storage area we need to update the database of property owners whose cards have access to this area. In connection with these efforts, if you have property stored within the access gate for the RV Storage Area, including Cover Storage and 10X10 Storage, and need for your cards to work with this gate, please respond to this request by sending us the following information, to abaker.bmc@gmail.com:
• Name and Lot number
• Area you are currently using: Open, Covered RV, or 10X10 Storage
• License Plate number and Proof of Ownership of vehicles
• RV Storage spot number or 10X10 Storage spot number
You will need to respond with this information before January 15, 2025. After this date only those that have responded will have access to the storage area, all others will have this area deactivated on your card(s). After this deadline date of January 15, 2025, you can get us the required information and we will reactivate your card(s) for the storage area.
